Before hosting our Taiwanese food day next week, we would love to explain you a bit more about this country’s cuisine and food traditions!
Are you expecting a fried tofu that reeks of sewage but tastes absolutely phenomenal? Omelets with a layer of goo and embedded oysters? Before you pass on these unconventional exotic appetizers, note that Taiwan is one of the culinary centers of East Asia. These guys know their food!
This special menu will feature such dishes as:
- Beef noodle soup
- Fatty Minced Pork on Rice
- Glutinous oil rice
- Oyster pancakes
- Oyster Vermicell
- Pig intestines (chitterlings)
- Scallion pancakes
- Stinky Tofu
- Taiwanese Beef Rolls
- Taiwanese Meatballs
